7. Our Friends at EML

We have two new courses in 2008 our Diving and Marine Medicine course set in Oman and our Desert Medicine course set in Namibia.  For further details on these courses and our usual favourites click here

If you are interested in signing up email Luci Ridout.

8.Marathon fever hots up

Our adventure races are going from strength to strength.  First up is our Namibia Ultra and marathon distance races. You will be completely self reliant from the start of the race till the end. The race is of such extreme nature that it will be a serious undertaking to train hard enough to cope with the onslaught of the Namib on your body. Click here to find out more.

We then have the Laugavegur Ultra Marathon in July. The ultimate endurance test set in the spectacular country of Iceland. Click here for further details.
